She moved out of our house that day to stay with a friend,This was a complete shock to me, we are a close couple who share a happy marriage, yes we have ups and downs but nothing major, we do almost everything together and make eachother laugh.
she states she just wants to be on her own right now, I have respected this and told her I love her and will always be there , she has asked me not to call, mail or tex, which I havent.

I have read up on symptoms of perimenopause and this is mentioned in some of the forums but no one has followed through with any outcomes.

my wife is now on citalopram, started this week,as she has high anxiety.
can anyone tell me if this is "normal" during perimenopause?
will the tablets help in any way or do I have to accept I have lost her?

Really dear, i am also get shocked after hearing your conditions. but you need to understand your wife so that she never leaves from you. i am praying for your good conditions, thank you.
