Acupuncture

I have had awful trouble with insomnia since starting the menopause. I have recently started having acupuncture and it has helped me no end with getting a better night's sleep. This is turn also helps me to deal with my mood swings in a more rational way ;)

Re: Acupuncture

May I ask how you went about finding a reputable acupunturist please? Thanks.

Re: Acupuncture

I would also be interested in knowing how to find a good acupuncturist as i prefer to try more natural methods when i can. If anyone knows if there is a list of approved acupuncturers that would be great.

Re: Acupuncture

If you go to the products and treatments section on talkmenopause there is a link to the Acupuncturist Society which should be able to direct you to a reputable acupuncturer.

Hope this helps, let us know how you get on
