Hello,
Could you please help me with this rash which has flared up again..
I have been on anti-histamine spray all summer, and have been diagnosed with Psoriasis.
Creams aren’t helping.
Would anyone know of an alternative treatment for it?
Would be happy to try anything.
Thanks Jacs.

Dear Jacs

My first suggestion would be to be seen by a dermatologist (if this hasn't already happened). Psoriasis can of course affect the face however the distribution in your case seems to be unusual. Common condition that can cause facial rashes include peri-oral dermatitis, eczema, contact dermatitis, seborrhoeic dermatitis.

A patch test (allergy test) is always useful for facial rashes.

If indeed you definitively have psoriasis on the face then cream such as low potency steroids or immune-modulatory creams such as tacrolimus can help. In the first instance it is important to have a firm diagnosis before any treatment.
