itchy
Morning,
I am 72 but still fit and active,
About 15 years ago I needed to be circumcised for I think Phimosis. Since then I sometimes get itchy on the scar line just behind the glans. There is no rash or anything. It is not an unpleasant feeling but a bit embarrassing if the need arises in the middle of Morrison's.(smile). Can you recommend a cream or something to ease this? Also is it something I will have to live with all the time. I am not ready any time soon to meet my maker.
Kindest regards
Ken

Re: itchy
Washing with a simple emollient or using a barrier cream such as sudocrem is usually effective. If there is no rash or associated smell the it would usually not be necessary to use a steroid or anti fungal cream. If it is a persistent issue then I would suggest booking an appoint with your GP.
