Don’t despair. We are here to help and it would be worth asking your GP to check your testosterone and refe you a Urologist. We will try to find a reversible problem and advise you on alternative medicines including injections. Also, vacuum pumps and penile implants. Low intensity shockwave treatment has been shown to help some men. In the meantime make sure you are exercising regularly and your waistline is less than 38 inches.

Re: Is there anything out there

Dear Kevin1958
There are several other things from a medication point of view that you can try (if there is no medical reason you cannot) as well as thinking about behavioural things. Being relaxed is important, trying tablets at their maximum dose (if not already done so) with masturbation can help as it takes the pressure off trying them with a partner. Performance anxiety can stop Viagra and Cialis working! What we think during a sexual encounter with a partner or when on our own can have a big impact on whether the outcome is positive or not. You can see short videos of me talking about different things to help with erection problems such as pellets, injections and a vacuum on the Prostate Cancer UK website here via this link https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=P ... DWs9PZ5iLE_. Further written information can be seen on the Sexual Advice Association website https://sexualadviceassociation.co.uk/f ... actsheets/
Your GP will be able to discuss things with you as individualised care is important. Don’t be put off trying things more than once to help to really assess if they work or not.
