EXTREMELY PAINFUL BACK
I FELL AND BADLY TWISTED MY BACK AND I CAN'T GET ANY RELIEF FROM IT AT ALL I ALSO HAVE SEVERE ATHRITIS IN THE BASE OF MY SPINE , PAIN KILLERS ARE'T HELPING !

If you haven't seen your GP yet, you should make an appointment for a consultation. If your GP thinks it is appropriate, you might ask for a referral to physiotherapy. Physiotherapy can help with back pain and with pain management. Your physiotherapist can prescribe suitable exercises to strengthen your core and to help with pain.
