Anxious Husband

My husband has anxiety (and depression) and is having to wait months for any CBT treatment. Looking for sources of online self help for him in the meantime, he was given some by his mental health nurse but they were all either no longer available or unsuitable for him. His anxiety revolves around catastrophising about something happening to me or his own health (he has multiple health conditions), he also cannot leave the house alone any more and finds public transport a nightmare. Any help would be much appreciated.
