Re: Mindfulness

Hi,

Have you had a look at the Mind website they list lots of courses and have lots of advice

https://www.mind.org.uk/information-sup ... hercourses

I did this one https://bemindful.co.uk/be-mindful-online/ Its free, to begin with then costs £30 but was worth every penny!

This one looks good as well: http://www.mindfulness4change.com/about ... on-course/

Some religious organisations like Buddhists also offer free courses so you could try and see if you have any near you.

In the courses, I teach I use the Quiet Mind Cafe so have a look at that as well as it has some useful meditation and relaxation sessions on it www.quietmindcafe.com.

I hope one of these suits you and you can start to learn about Mindfulness it's hard, to begin with, but keep going and you will see the benefits.

Good luck
