WORK STRESS
Do you have any tips/advice on how I can handle situations at work that can be very stressful, make me panic and cause me tension headaches. Also the stress affects my endometriosis by making the pain worse.

Re: WORK STRESS
Thank you for your question.
Stress is now considered an epidemic and none of us are immune. Stress is also universal - it hits all ages, races and cultures. Some of the outcomes of stress can be mildly annoying, while others can manifest into serious situations if unattended. Symptoms of stress can include physiological responses, mood dysregulation and even sleep issues.
One useful tip to manage stress is to reframe your thinking. Examine the way your thoughts play into your stress levels. Make a list of stressful situations in your life and the thoughts that correspond with those situations.
Are there different ways to view these situations? Are you able to reduce stress in any of those areas by delegating tasks, asking for help or disengaging in the situation in some way?
