Stress from worry

My husband had a mental health breakdown in June of this year and is making a good recovery.
But this has taken its toll on me and I am stressed all the time. This is because I'm so worried he could relapse,so my question is
.....How can I cope with this stress I feel in a managable way?
Many thanks Sandra
