I have extremely itchy eczema. I get hard dry patches, and very dry skin on my elbows and in between my eyes. Are there any foods stuff that I should avoid? I use Aqueous cream, but that does not really help long term, it does not last more than about 1/2 hour or so.................

I am so sorry to hear about your skin problem. From you description I wonder if in fact you may have psoriasis. I wonder if you may need to see a dermatologist and to have a more potent treatment prescribed (topical steroid or/and vitamin D foam, depending on the diagnosis made). But meanwhile you may try to stop using aqueous cream (there is some evidence it can make skin more itchy) and use instead Balneum Plus cream. The latter may not be sufficient by itself though.
