Re: My little boy is 4 he was fully trained but recently he’

Good afternoon.
Im not a childrens nurse so this is just basic advice.
Do you mean he has excessive skin around his penis/ foreskin ?. Is the urine collecting under the foreskin. When he does wee is the flow of urine good. Does he wet the bed at night?.
I would also watch what type of fluids he is drinking. Stop any fizzy drinks which maybe irritating his bladder but make sure he drinks enough fluids , water & sugar free drinks spaced out over the day.
.Also i would do timed voiding , make sure he goes for a wee every 3hours . Sometimes children get distracted & dont have time to go for a wee & leave it too late.
I would visit the GP if you try this and he doesnt get any better. They may refer him to the childrens continence clinic.
I hope this helps
