I do the exercises reccomended I try not to have a drink after 6 p,m and have cut down how many drinks I have a day cut out coffee I have to go to the toilet straight away and still wet myself. If I go out I have to know where the toilets are or take medication to stop me going I use pads and have to take spare pair of pants pads and trousers with me when I go out but it is getting worse and dont know what else I can do can you suggest anything
