Hi
Iam a 59 female .gone through.the menopause.but at night time I go to the toilet every 3 /4 hours ...I can't sleep on my sides because if I do my bladder seems to fill.more so I try to sleep on my back .but I still wake up to go to the toilet.I try not to drink before I go to bed but it doesn't seem to make any difference as I still wake up to go.can anyone help me to advise what I can do to help this matter .? Thanks

I do the exercises reccomended I try not to have a drink after 6 p,m and have cut down how many drinks I have a day cut out coffee I have to go to the toilet straight away and still wet myself. If I go out I have to know where the toilets are or take medication to stop me going I use pads and have to take spare pair of pants pads and trousers with me when I go out but it is getting worse and dont know what else I can do can you suggest anything
