urine problems

My urine is cloudy and my DR as said to drink more water, it is still cloudy I have taken some powders for cyctitis , which has helped but can only be used for two days. There is no sign of infection but the symptoms continue of cloudiness & frequency any suggestions as to what to do next please.

Re: urine problems

Good afternoon,
I dont think having cloudy urine causes any risk if there are no infections present. I presume they have tested your urine . I agree that you need to drink water to dilute the urine which may clear the urine. .
What do you regard frequency as ?. We would say anything over 10 times per day .but again this would relate to how much fluid you drink.
You can self refer to the continence service in your area who maybe able to advice further.
