Anxiety Causes Insomnia?

Hi, yes it definitely can cause insomnia. You might want to talk to your GP to see what support might be available to you to help with the anxiety if that’s something you’re struggling with. There is also lots of advice available on the internet about how to promote good sleep hygiene to help with insomnia. Good luck.

Yes anxiety can surely cause insomnia, when you are stressed and depressed your mind is not relaxed and calm you have negative thoughts always in your mind that cause to sleep disorder may be you feel like sleepy always or it cause insomnia. Hypnotherapist can help you out to overcome anxiety

Great explanation. I totally agree with you. When a person in depression, negative thoughts always come in
his /her mind and it causes insomnia.
