How do I find what food causes my runny nose
I have notice my nose is very runny, even when it is not cold outside. I know I have allergies (diagnosed) From when I was a teen. I have had allergies to grass, mold, trees, and sizing in clothing, Lobster, Crab, dyes and contrast.
Now I see articles about some food allergies can over stimulate the nose to be runny. What is the best way to find out what food causes this?

rhinitis (runny nose) is usually due to pollen, dust, animal allergens, moulds. It can be seasonal (hay fever) or perennial (dust mites, animals etc). Some types of food (chilli; hot and spicy food etc) can increase blood flow through the lining of the nose and make it 'run'. It is not an allergic reaction though
