Why aren’t there NHS mole clinics?!

Hi why aren’t there any NHS mole clinics? I know you can have moles examined privately but for those of us with lots of the the cost is prohibitive (they charge per mole which is ridiculous).
I have lots on my back and there is no way I can check them myself. To be honest I’m quite annoyed that the NHS dermatologist at my local hospital treatment centre has pointed me towards one of the only places that offers this which is in London and private which I can’t afford. Maybe we could have some sort of service that’s at least available on a sporadic basis which is clearly better than the current ‘nothing at all’ service?

Thank you. I am a private dermatologist but completely agree with you. I also think that there should be NHS mole clinics.
