I have the mirena coil placed after the birth of my son 1.5 years ago. I am now struggling to lose weight, any tips on how to lose weight on an IUD please?

the IUD should not have an impact on weight. you could discuss this with your practice nurse and talk about diet and maybe referral to a dietian to help with a weight loss plan
