I have been told I have a Haemorrhagic Nebothian cyst in my cervix measurements 11x 8mm but
G.P. says it is not serious I looked it up on Google and it says can be cancerous. I never had any children or anything like that. It says causes are trauma to womb. Any info on this please is gratefully accepted.

your Gp is correct they are not harmful and generally do not need any treatment, they will not cause an issue in the future with getting pregnant. if you are still concerned you could make another appointment with your GP to talk it through
