Sweating in the knicker area

Hi, I have had a issue for a few years now. I badly sweat around the whole knicker area. This then makes me smell so bad! When I sit down I can smell it. I have to change underwear and trousers around 3 times a day. The doctors have put me on some tablets that help with wetting but the side affect is you don't sweat. Could anyone help? Thanks Samantha
