Please can you explain to me the healing of the plan e ta site. I have experienced lochia loss which stopped and now I am more mobile it has started fresh red loss again.

This may be normal if you delivered recently. However, f the bleeding is increasing, offensive or you have other symptoms like pain or temperature you should be seen at the maternity unit urgently.
