I'm hoping you can help me I had a hysterectomy on the 1st of October last year full hysterectomy so everything removed I have suffered adhesion problems and scar tissue previously due to C-section back in 2016 and also I've had cin3 so I've had laser surgery I've had adhesions remove separated twice and I wondered I have them again if there's anything I can actually do without going through a laparoscopy if there's anything I can do to help the pain from the lesions predominantly on the right side it's very painful very difficult to live a normal daily life without painkillers please help

Unfortunately, further surgery may create more adhesions and/or have little benefit in terms of relief. It may be worth seeing a pain specialist.
