Pigmentation

Hi, I’ve always had freckles but since the menopause it’s got a lot worse and now have big patches of pigmentation on my face, I use factor 50 spf every day, what can you recommend to make it less prominent? Thank you

Re: Pigmentation

Thank you for your question. You need to see your dermatologist. If it is solar damage/solar keratoses treatments such as Picato gel and Aldara cream my help. If they are seborrheic keratoses - cryotherapy may help.

I hope this is helpful.

Re: Pigmentation

Thank you. I have always had freckles, they are just big patches now.
I do not think I can have cryotherapy as I have brown skin, Fitzpatrick 4
Thank you
