Avoiding kidney stones

I would like to know if magnesium citrate + vitamin B6 helps to avoid kidney stones and if I can take this (dosage please) in daily basis. I am in high blood pressure medication (Ramipril and Amlopidine).
Thanks

Re: Avoiding kidney stones

You can take this but good hydration of 2.5 litres of oral fluids is much more important
