IBS Symptoms

Hi,
I am getting really fed up of not being able to eat the meals i enjoy, without feeling very bloated afterwards or having cramps or wind straight after a meal. Or in the mornings i wake up with terrible pain.
I have cut down on the caffeine intake to 1 or 2 drinks either one coffee or 2 cups of tea. I struggle to enjoy other meals that have tomato in it like Spaghetti Bolonaise or Chilli Con Carne as i tent to feel quite ill after eating these. The same if i eat baked beans or kidney beans. I have tried taking charcoal tablets after a meal to help with the discomfort or issues, I was wondering if there are other natural remedies that are available that wont cost much as money is tight at the moment. I try to get out and i like going for walks which seems to help, or lying on my side after a meal tends to help is there anything else that could be suggested, as i cant carry on as I am.
