Rosacea
I'd really like to find out if rosacea starts in the gut or is largely hereditary? And if it can be controlled by what we eat, which foods might it be sensible to avoid?

Re: Rosacea
Thank you for your question. Rosacea does not start in the gut. It can be rarely hereditary. Although certain foods and drinks (e.g. spicy food, caffein, alcohol and so on) can trigger rosacea flushes they do not generally a cause of rosacea. The best way is to have treatment for inflammatory (spots) rosace such as Soolantra cream, Effracea antibiotics, and for red face rosacea - Mirvaso gel and sun-protection.
I hope this is helpful.
