Is it worth it to undergo natural neck pain treatments?

I’ve been suffering from severe neck pain for a long time now. After a number of research and check-ups, I finally learned that my atlas is not properly aligned. My brother suggested that I get a natural neck pain treatment from a specialist to correct this. Is this a good idea? Can this be really corrected without medication or surgery?
