Rotator cuff pain

I cured my rotator cuff pain by resetting my low body temperature.
I did this as pert of a general effort to sort many ailments out.

Re: Rotator cuff pain

The rotator cuff is a group of muscles and tendons that attach to the bones of the shoulder joint, allowing the shoulder to move and keeping it stable.
Rotator cuff tendinitis refers to irritation of these tendons and inflammation of the bursa (a normally smooth layer) lining these tendons.
A rotator cuff tear occurs when one of the tendons is torn from overuse or injury.

Re: Rotator cuff pain

If you had damaged your rotator cuff you would remember doing it. My friend had surgery to repair hers 8 weeks ago and she is still suffering, and she injured her shoulder last September by falling and dislocating it. It needs to be seen by a specialist Dr before any sort of accurate diagnosis can be made. Even after that you would probably need a MRI scan to confirm. Suggest your best bet is to visit a GP before worrying yourself needlessly.

I am suffering from this rotator cuff pain which is unbearable. I check up this syndrome from many doctors but no one gets the right decision to move up from this. I know how i tackle this. It affects my life a lot.

Sorry to hear about you justinhaddin. Did your doctor suggest you to apply ice packs and perform stretching exercises.

Re: Rotator cuff pain

i had an op for rotator cuff repair in jan 2015 and my shoulder is worse than before op. ive had 2 courses of very painful physio and have now been referred back to my surgeon. i was originally told 8-12 weeks recovery, then up to 6 months, then 12 months for a full recovery??? but i was also told before the op it would be very painful and there was NO guarantee that it would work. my other shoulder is going the same way and would i have the op done on it absolutely NOT.
