Small bladder problem

I was told I had a small bladder after having a prostate operation many years ago and a couple of years ago had a prostatictomy. I am taking Mirabegron tablets and dispite being careful what I drink still suffer with bladder spasms at night causing much disturbed sleep. My doctor has no other suggestions but wondered if anyone else have had similar problems and wonder if there is any further help so I can sleep better?

Re: Small bladder problem

Sometimes adding in an anticholinergic tablet (Oxybutynin, Tolterodine, Solifenacin etc) to the Mirabegron can be useful. Failing that you could talk to your urologist about Botox?

Re: Small bladder problem

It might be worth asking for a referral to a urologist to assess this further.
