New Bladder

I have struggled for about 10 years with a bladder that just empties, bit like taking the plug out of the bath,,
I was only told about the terrible mesh,,when I became thinner,,well the mesh is not something I would even consider having read so much about it. I asked about having a new bladder created for me,, but no answer came,,why not I wonder??
What are your opinions and options available for me,,,
