I suffer with bad incontinence I've seen my local doctor who has prescribed EMSELEX and told me to try some pelvic floor exercises unfortunately nothing seems to be working and my doctor can't think of anything else to suggest so I'm hoping by sending you this email you can. Failure of conservative measures such as you describe should prompt referral to a urologist or urogynaecologist for further investigation. You may need to have a urodynamic study to define the cause of your incontinence. I would not recommend empirically trying any further treatments at this point.
