varigate phorpyria

hi there, my family and I have variegate phorpyria and we all have varying stages of vitiligo. we are of white heritage but we have a mixture of pure white smooth patches and also dark patches. is there anything we can do to try and fade them out a bit. my mum and gran had it the worst they looked like maps they had so much on them.

Re: varigate phorpyria

Thank you for your question. You may want to ask to be referred to a dermatologist to see if you can be offered treatment with pimecrolimus cream.

I hope this is helpful.
