variety of speculums

Do you not think women would be more inclined to take up screening if a variety of speculums were offered? Not every woman has had 6 kids and the size of the mersey tunnel so why not offer a smaller speculum to those that have not had kids?

Dear Karen, gynaecologists and specialist nurses have access to different sizes of speculums. Sometimes we may initially use an average size but if it cannot be tolerated then we try a smaller one or in some cases we may need a bigger one.
