Is there any long term issues with using viagra?

Thanks for your question. Viagra (sildenafil) is a well established drug for erectile dysfunction. When used in the right way for the right reasons, many patients find it very useful. Having seen patients who have used it for sometime, there appear to be no long term effects other than the side effects stated on the packaging. Patients may not respond as well to this treatment as time goes on depending on the cause of erectile dysfunction.
