Emotional Eating
Why can't I control my eating when I'm tired, hormonal or feeling down? I know how I should eat healthily but I always revert to the bad things when I'm not 100%. Having children in the house doesn't help either as I have foods that I can always revert to! Any help would be appreciated. Vicky

It would be great if you could share a little more on what you mean by not being able to control your eating when tired, hormonal or feeling down so I can provide the best support. Are you referring to overindulging in cravings or general portion sizes?
