Lash and brow growth
Hi,
Do you have any recommended products for strengthening and re-growing lashes and brows that have sparse patches from being pulled out? Tried lash serums but, although strengthened, they are extremely slow if at all to grow back.

Hi Lara,
Thanks for your post. Latisse is a lash serum FDA approved in the US which contains the medication Bimatoprost which can help with thickening and lengthening lash hair. In the UK Drs can prescribe Bimatoprost drops (which are licensed for use in glaucoma) as an off licence product for your lashes. It is important to be clear that these products, if helpful will improve the growth and thickness of existing hairs. It may or may not grow new hair.
If the patches of hair loss are persistent you can consider cosmetic techniques such as microblading to the brows and false lashes. Hair transplantation may also an option.
I hope this helps,
Best wishes
Sharon
