Skin 'lumps'.

I have a condition called Ulcerative Colitis.
The only prescribed medication that I am on is Pentasa (Mesalazine), which I have been on over 10 years.
During the time that I have been on Pentasa I have developed a large number of lumps and bumps, predominately on my forearms. Some are 'skin coloured', i.e. can be detected only by feel, whilst others look mid brown. I would guess that the largest is raised 1.5 to 2.0 mm.
Is there anything I can/should do about them?

This may be completely coincidental with you starting Pentasa but the skin lumps would need to be properly assessed by your doctor and or a dermatologist. Occasionally if the diagnosis is not clear your dermatologist may need to take a sample of skin from one of the lumps to clarify the diagnosis
