Can someone please help me figure out what's going on around my penis? It's mostly itchy, pain comes and goes like fire and pinching. Hospital said it's most like a skin infection and gave me antibiotics but the visit was super rushed and was more of a guess than an answer. They gave me Antibiotics ( Teva-cephalexin 500mg ) to take for 5 days and I'm on day 3 with the infection getting worse in my opinion.

Re: Genital area outbreak

There are a number of common conditions that can cause itching of the genital skin such as eczema, psoriasis, fungal infection. If the condition is persistent despite treatment from the hospital I would advise you see your gp specifically for a dermatology review so the skin can be properly assessed
