Hot and Cold pains

What is the best way to deal with the freezing cold pain in my feet when everywhere else I get the hot burn pain and stiffness . At the moment I can hardly move my shoulders due to how heavy and stiff they are and the deep hot soreness of my collarbone . Whilst my feet are really cold even with bed socks on !! Is this normal ?

I would recommend discussing your symptoms with your GP and asking him/her to refer you to a rheumatologist for a review.

a little atypical history. Have you been to your GP? How are you in the morning? Has your GP done any blood tests?
