Bad neck pain
I've developed really bad neck pain and am waiting on X-ray from my local hospital. My GP thinks it's probably arthritis; is there any dietary advice you can suggest please?

Re: Bad neck pain
Hi,
Sorry to hear about your pain - how did it start? any injury? and relevant past medical history?
As long as you don't have neuropathic symptoms - pins and needles or muscle weakness then the mainstay of treatment will by physiotherapy. Sometime posture plays a part.
Interesting to see what the x-ray shows.
