Sleeping

My daughter is almost 4 years old. Evening time she is always sweat no matter how cold is in the room. Especially the first 20 minutes when she fall asleep. She is basically wet-hair, clothes, etc. After that she is not comfortable and almost all night kicking and fighting, rounding clock side. She is fighting so much that very often my 7 months old son will wake up because of the noise. What is the problem? How to help her sleep relaxed? She is a happy child during the day. Thanks

Re: Sleeping

Hi

I would suggest that you seek advice from your GP around this and request a referral to a specialist sleep centre so that the cause can be investigated.

I'm presuming that she is kicking etc when asleep? If so it may be useful to record some footage of this to show the GP too so that they can see for themselves the issue.

I'm sure you have already done this but try to reduce her temperature as much as possible by making sure her nightwear and bedding is breathable.
