Hoping you are able to give me some advice on my questions below:
1. What is the best diet for chronic kidney disease?
2. What are the standard levels of deterioration you would expect to see in a kidney reading…eg down a couple of points per year etc?
Thank you,

This isn't my primary area but
Generally a renal diet should be low in salts, potassium, and particularly protein as the kidney must process lots of protein
You should drink plenty unless told to fluid restrict by your renal team
Here is a good cookbook from my hospital

Regarding deterioration this is very difficult to predict as some people fluctuate up and down for a long time but your renal team should be able to show you a graph of your results over the last few years.
