hi my name is david and I suffer with urge incontinence badly . but I got prostate cancer witch
was removed last year the surgen new I had incontinence problems but he thought it may improve
after a while but unfortunetly it has knot infact its worse now than ever he has suggested surgery
but no garantees .I don't want to go through that if possible .I am supplyed with pads on nhs so
have asked if I can have a more obsorbent pads as the ones I get don't hold a lot and I am on max allowance per day so now I have to be re aceset would this be normal thanks for any advice.

Dear David , I am sorry you are still having a tough time after the surgery . Incontinance can happen after prostate Cancer surgery . Pelvic floor exercises can help but if your still having issues it maybe worth seeing an incontinance specialist to seek advise and see what can be done to get you dry. They will offer video urodynamics test to see what happens when you pee.
