i have just turned 70 years old and had until recently a active sex life but i now find that when i reach an orgasm there is non or very little sperm.i had a vascectomy when i was 30 and wonder why this has happened to me.

This is not uncommon as men age and isn't dangerous
As the prostate grows sometimes it effects the ability to push the semen forward at ejaculation.
If you are worried then getting in to see a urologist might be helpful
They could check there is not other blockage in the urethra pipe
It isn't related to the vasectomy as the actual semen is only around 5% of the ejaculatory volume
