eczema on my hands ...will it be there forever

I have had eczema on both hands, though way worse on the right , for 3 years now. Is this now something I will always have to deal with or is there a chance that it will go away ?

I am so sorry to hear about your hands eczema!
If you have not tried yet you should ask you GP or dermatologist to try a very potent steroid ointment daily for 1 month (Dermovate ointment). If it does not help you shoould aks to try a potent oral medication called Alitretinoin (Toctino).
