How do I deal with back acne during pregnancy?

Hi there,
Sorry to hear you are struggling!
Make sure you're not using any oils, cocoa butter or other things that may block pores.
Salicylic acid sprays or washes are a good option for back acne. There are preparations which are combined with azelaic acid. Salicylic acid can be used up to 2% in pregnancy.
