Dry itchy skin
Hi I have really bad dry skin all over my body and in the flaps of my eyes I have tried all sorts of skin creams and none seem to work I just start itching and get a rash. I hope you can help me, thank you, Vicki .

Sorry to hear this.
It sounds like first off, you need a definite diagnosis. Is this eczema? It's definitely worth seeing your doctor about this as they can make sure it's not an allergy or anything else.
Without knowing exactly what you have, it's difficult to advise exact treatment. However, I would imagine there are lots of things you could do about it. If it is eczema, this is a treatable condition, so I would really encourage you to seek help.
Basic principles with any dry, itchy skin condition are to avoid soaps, shower gels and fragrances. Thick greasy ointments are often great to soothe the skin and then according to the exact condition medicated anti-inflammatory creams are very helpful.
