Fertility
My wife and I are trying to get pregnant and we’ve been trying for almost 8 months. She has had tests to test her fertility but everything seems to be ok. We’re thinking that the problem may be with me. She's told me that I should avoid alcohol, quit smoking and wear looser boxers. Is there truth to this or should I be trying other things? What else could be the problem? I’m not suffering from any stress and my diet isn’t that bad.
Thanks Shaun

Re: Fertility
Hi Shaun, fertility is not my area of expertise. I do know smoking, alcohol and temperature of sperm are all known to affect fertility. Communication is important, I am so pleased you are talking about it together. I would suggest you speak to your GP.

Re: Fertility
Trust but verify. You definitely need to take care of your health yourself. it is not necessary to go to paid clinics, these same doctors sit one shift in a paid clinic in another in a state hospital. I found many answers to the question of conception and fertility on the site fertially.com and there are a lot of people who have encountered these symptoms. Yes, and I was in the hospital and a pregnant ward neighbor told her how they raised an egg and stimulated ovulation.
