Thank you for your question. Although this looks like a common benign lesion called seborrheic keratosis the image is not sufficiently sharp - it would be advisable to examine it in person by your GP or dermatologist, preferably using dermoscopy equipment.

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, the photo is not clear enough to make a diagnosis. If the lesion is changing in size, shape or colour it would be prudent to have it reviewed by your GP or a Dermatologist. As it is becoming irritated a Dermatologist can provide a clear diagnosis and discuss the options for appropriate removal and testing (if required).
